Step 1: Open your firestick.
Step 2: Select settings.
Step 3: Navigate to device submenu.
Step 4: Select developer options.
Step 5: Turn on ADB debugging.

This is an official app, available in Amazon app store. First, you need to install this app. Search for “Downloader” in the Firestick search. Or you can also use voice search feature. just Say “Downloader“. The result will pop up.
Step 1: Select get to install the app.
Step 2: Open the app and enter the URL “http://kodifirestick.blog/kodiapk” To download the setup file from the given source.
Step 3: Next click on Go to start the download process from the given location.
Step 4: Wait for few seconds till the downloads complete. Depends on your internet speed the time may change.

These two downloaders are exclusive for firestick and firetv, since we are installing them through their own app store. But there are also some universal third-party downloader apps to successfully complete the process. ES explorer is a universal downloader, which provides supports across various platforms.
Follow the steps to install ES file explorer and install Kodi on firestick.
Step 1: Search for ES File Explorer
Step 2: From the results, install ES File Explorer.
Step 3: Wait for the installation process to completes.
Step 4: After installing, Open ES File Explorer from the home screen.
Step 5: To download the external source file, you need to add the external source URL. Navigate to tools under the left pane.
Step 6: Select Tools > Download manager.
Step 7: Here you can add the source URL. To do so, select “new”

Install Kodi on firestick using Android mobile with Apps2fire
In this method, we will transfer the app to the Android mobile to Kodi. This method is based on FTP protocol (transfer through IP). In simple terms, you can connect your firestick and mobile to the same network. And transfer files between them. This method is similar to working of shareit. Here one device (Android mobile) act as the transmitter and other device act as the receiver (firestick). To connect both device and transfer files between them, you need to install “apps2fire” on your android mobile.
Install Apps2Fire from play store. And open the app. This app can be exclusively used to transfer files from android to firestick.
Step 1: Go to the Setup tab and enter your firestick IP (Go to Settings => Device => About => Network and find IP) and click save. This will establish an FTP connection between both the devices. Make sure that both the device are connected to the same network.
Step 2: Under the local apps tab, select Kodi. Make sure you have already installed Kodi on your android device.
Step 3: Now your Kodi apk will be transferred to your firestick. Wait for the process to complete. In this way,y you can transfer any apk to your firestick.
Step 4: Now you can find Kodi under apps and games section. Open your Kodi and enjoy your favorite shows.
NOTE: Make sure to update your Kodi on play store before transferring. If you are using the outdated version on your android mobile, same will be transferred to your firestick. You can also update Kodi after transferring.

Step 6: Now select install APK and browse the location Kodiodi APK. Now the Kodi will be installed to your firestick. And your firestick will show notification after successful installation.
After successful installation, disconect ADBlink. ADBlink is a wireless debugging tool. You can do a lot more with it than installing an apk.
